Kitchen Table and Bubbledogs are seeking an Office Manager who will have responsibility for both managing reservations at Michelin Star-awarded Kitchen Table as well acting as executive assistant to Head Chef, James Knappett, and General Manager / Sommelier, Sandia Chang.



Bubbledogs was opened by husband and wife team, James and Sandia (both previously at Noma and Per Se) in 2012. Unlike most Champagne bars, at Bubbledogs you can explore exclusive grower Champagnes, sourced directly from the producers, whilst sinking your teeth into a selection of American-style hotdogs with globally inspired toppings. Bubbledogs has also hit the road from 2016, in a mustard-coloured truck named Johnny, currently featuring at an array of exciting events across a diverse range of venues, from glamorous banqueting halls to grubby festival fields.



Tucked away at the back of Bubbledogs through a discrete entrance hides the 19-seat Kitchen Table where James prepares, cooks and serves a menu of meticulously sourced and foraged British ingredients. The contemporary British set tasting menu of 10 to 15 courses changes daily and is paired with wines from handpicked producers. Kitchen Table is a dining experience, encouraging full interaction with the chefs and showcasing previously unseen kitchen theatre.



We are looking for someone with oodles of character, who knows, loves and longs to be an integral part of our family.



As Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing all reservations at Kitchen Table;

- Writing and printing restaurant menus;

- Diary management for James and Sandia;

- Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation;

- Handling phone calls, email queries and incoming post as appropriate;

- Liaising with external suppliers and contractors as required;

- Managing staff expenses;

- Producing documents, reports and presentations as required;

- Maintaining data management and filing systems.



Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

- Warm and friendly character with a sense of humour (essential!);

- Prior experience in handling reservations and/or as a personal assistant;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluent English language ability;

- Highly organised, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task;

- Passion for hospitality and a keen interest in food and wine;

- Ambition and drive to progress your career within a growing restaurant group.
