The Package on offer is –£27,000.

Basic £18,000 depending on experience + commission of 1.5%= £9K. There is an annual bonus. You get a company mobile and laptop.

Recently moving to our warehouse office in Dalston we are hoping to take someone on with the right work ethic, knowledge and understanding of the following:



Role:

• You will be under the supervision of the Divisions Manager.

• This role comprises of logistics, operations and schedule planning for our event

labourers, riggers and crews.

• Managing and organising the crews working on event sites.

• Deal with Ops Managers, Foreman, Crew Chiefs, Riggers, Labourers.

• Work as planner, scheduler, logistics, and co-ordinator. You need to build relationships

with Ops Managers, Foreman, our site staff and make sure everything runs smoothly. It

is a big responsibility but with great rewards, and it is not a 9-5 job.

• Receiving orders and administering them.



Responsibilities:

• The Crew Planner is in charge of the site staff weekly work schedules, keeping in daily

contact with foreman, ops managers.



• Organising transport, accommodation, holding group interviews and working closely

with our team.



• You must have the ability to multitask to a very high level. You must have strong

English.



• Making sure Utrac is fully up to date daily.



• Keeping all live jobs hours and staff correct at all times.



• All co-ordination of staff day to day.



• Emailing all clients every morning asking if they need any extra (obviously we need to

have people in the office to do this) Also this can be added to the ops managers

morning email for active jobs.



• All notes on clients up to date when you speak to clients.



• Having daily morning meetings every day with the Crew HR regarding staff.



• Make sure you rotate all active working staff and try and use new guys to work them into the system.



• Cover your allocated weekends and if standbys are being used for the weekend then replenishments need to be made Sunday ready for Monday. (this might mean arrange people to come in 6.30am Mon to fill in forms and do the induction and be on standby).



• You must have any jobs on the job board filled, I.e. If you have jobs in for the following

week, or the week after and so on then they must be filled by the Friday at the latest.



• Follow the Golden Rules to the letter.





Skills and qualities:

• At least 2 years previous experience as a Junior Planner in temp recruitment, temp

resourcing, labour management, shift planning, staff coordination. You will require

great communication skills and a good verbal, written command of the English

language as dealing with multinationals. Good attitude, attention to detail,

commitment, patience, good initiative and drive. You must have good knowledge and

practical use of Word, Excel and Outlook. Other knowledge of Microsoft programs is a

bonus.

We cover the UK and Europe from our East London office, 24/7 365 which gives you an idea of how busy this office is. We are a small office team, with plenty of personality, good senses of humour, and there’s always time for a cup of tea, with a biscuit or two…!

Your Week

Mon-Fri starting between 6am-8am till between 4pm-6pm, your start time depending on the time the site staffs are meeting in the morning.



Out of hours phone cover is Monday to Friday after you finish in the office. You will get the first two weekends off and the week between in the evenings off from phone cover. You will cover the last 2-3 Sunday if we have jobs on. Your holiday entitlement is 28 days per year including bank holidays. You will have a company mobile, as you will be required to cover calls out of hours, and a company laptop.



Progression:

There is room to progress within the company as we are aggressively expanding, and looking for a team to stick long term and grow.



Additionally:

There is a Team Assistant and Divisions Manager to support your role.
