Based at their offices in Billingshurst in West Sussex, these roles are perfect for supremely organised and motivated individuals who possess superb spoken and written English skills along with a passion for digital platforms and first class customer service.
Chat Operations Supervisors will join the senior team overseeing the 24/7 output of our live chat operators to ensure quality control and consistency across the hundreds of company websites on which we operate. There are roles available for predominantly daytime shifts, as well as mainly evening and weekend shifts. All positions do require a flexible approach in this fast-growing and dynamic company.
Chat Operations Support roles are perfect for occasional daytime, evenings or weekend shifts. These can be regular or on an ad hoc basis and will suit students and recent graduates.
As a chat operations supervisor you will also have direct responsibility to oversee operations for a portfolio of client accounts. This involves regular contact with the client to ensure the results are of the highest standards.
These varied and challenging roles also involve writing comprehensive knowledge banks and bringing on board new clients while shadowing and supporting operators in delivering a high quality, accurate and consistent live chat service.
